How do I get an Invitation for my child?

Around June or July of each year, we contact schools, special schools, government and charitable organisations.

They are provided with a username and password to access our registration system and it's up to them to request an invitation.

We are not allowed to send invites to the general public as we have to rely on the above sources, who work with the child on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Your first point of contact should be your school. If your school or local organisation hasn't heard about the Christmas Party, please direct them to this page.

Are you a school, government, community or charitable organisation that would like to register some children to attend?

Please fill in the following and we will contact you with details. Once you are on our list, we will contact you each year in June for you to put forward your requests.

The invitation system closes around August and invites are sent in October.

The children eligible to attend the party must fall into one or more of the following categories:

  • Vision Impairment
  • Hearing Impairment
  • Intellectual Disability
  • Physical Disability
  • Language Disorder
  • Mental Health Conditions
  • Autism

  • Priority should be extended to children with moderate, severe or complex needs and be between 0 and 12 years of age.
