How do I get an Invitation for my child?

In June of each year, we contact mainstream and specialist schools, care providers and charitable organisations.

They are provided with a username and password to access our registration system and it's up to them to request an invitation.

Your first point of contact should be your school. If your school, care provider or local organisation hasn't heard about the Christmas Party, please have them fill in the form below.

We do not send invites to the general public, we rely on the above sources, who work with the children on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Are you a school, care provider or charitable organisation that would like to register some children to attend?

Please fill in the following and we will contact you with details. Once you are on our list, we will contact you each year in June for you to put forward your requests.

The invitation system closes at the end of August and invites are sent in October/November.

The children eligible to attend the party must fall into one or more of the following categories:
  • Vision Impairment
  • Hearing Impairment
  • Intellectual Disability
  • Physical Disability
  • Language Disorder
  • Mental Health Conditions
  • Autism
Priority should be extended to children with moderate, severe or complex needs and be between 0* and 12 years of age.

*Our Perth, Melbourne and Sydney Parties are from 3 to 12 years.
